CorrMan - In response to the GLA’s requirements for a web-based central correspondence management system, Pivotal Solutions delivered WriteON (a CorrMan implementation) in November 2007. WriteON is a highly scalable, secure and collaborative solution that allows GLA personnel to process enquiries and requests for information from the public and respond effectively – whether by email, letter or the telephone – in accordance with legal and GLA Corporate Service Standards.
